The PTO Collection was born out of the ashes of corporate burnout and just a pinch of spite. After surviving two layoffs in two years, endless "urgent" emails that are not urgent, and the slow drain of working in tech, I realized something: Why work in a place that makes you lose your spark?

A four-week escape to Japan reminded me what life outside of Slack pings and “urgent” deadlines actually feels like. And honestly? I felt like I could breathe again. Everyone deserves that. It is the one benefit your employer will make you feel guilty for taking - so take it!

This brand is a collective middle finger to toxic corporate culture, burnout, and Sunday Scaries. The shirts? Some are cheeky reminders to book the flight, close the laptop, and not let your job eat you alive.
